We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 60 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Product Eligibility
• Starter Kits & Consumables: We allow returns on used or opened items if they fall within our 60-day satisfaction window.
• Accessories & Bulk Items: Items must be in good condition, and all original packaging should be included where possible.

3. Return Shipping Costs
• Initial shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
• Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pifuxev930@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. How to Initiate a Return

2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Once approved and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
